Regulation

Art. 1 The participation in the Campus is open to both Italian and foreign musicians, without age limits. The attendance is open to actual students and auditors

Art. 2 Actual students will follow daily lessons with their main professor as well as with the other professors in the Campus, according to the modalities indicated in Article 3 of the regulation and they will have free access to all concerts, seminars and workshops. Auditor students will attend for free all the didactic and concert activities during the Campus.

Art. 3 Actual students will have a minimum of five individual lessons. At least two lessons will be carried out with their teacher of reference, while for the other three lessons each student will be able to express their preferences choosing among all the teachers of the Campus. Both preferences (main teacher and extra teachers) will be indicated in the pre-enrollment form. In formulating the calendar of the lessons, the preferences shown will be taken into account as much as possible.

Art. 4 The pre-enrollment application must be completed online on the form that you will find on this site from the 20th of February to the 15th of April. The pre-enrollment is not binding for the purposes of the final enrollment, but it is necessary to plan the organization and activities of the Campus.

Art. 5 By 20th May 2023 the registration fee of 120 euro must be paid by bank transfer to the bank account:  NAME: ACCADEMIA CHITARRA DI BRESCIA – IBAN IT08B0869211204025000254191 SWIFT:CCRTIT2TH00 specifying the reason: “registration Guitar Campus” and the name and surname of the participant.

Art. 6 By 15 th July 2021 the participation fee of 140 + 270 full board in 3 bed room (or 290 in 4 bed room or 320 euro double room) for the Campus must be paid to:  NAME:  ACCADEMIA CHITARRA DI BRESCIA – IBAN  IT08B0869211204025000254191 SWIFT:CCRTIT2TH00 specifying the reason: “partecipation and full board Guitar Campus” and the name and surname of the participant.

Art. 7 All partecipants must present themselves on August 1st at the reception of the Hotel Fortuna Resort – Chianciano Italy. Each partecipant may stay for the entire duration of the Campus regardless of the duration of the course of the chosen professor. A bus transfer will be activated on request leaving from Rome on the morning of August the 5th.

Art. 8 a Diploma of participation and a certificate showing the number of hours of lessons, the subjects attended and the professors with whom they have lectured will be issued to all students.

Art. 9 The registration fee will be refunded only if it is impossible to accept the application due to the exhaustion of the available places or for the eventual cancellation of the Course. The participation fees and full board can be returned only and exclusively in case of serious and proven impediments.

Art. 10 The organization declines all responsibility for any damage to persons or property during the event.

Art. 11 Participation in the Italian Guitar Campus involves the unconditional acceptance of this regulation.
